Hi there, @1call.
Allow me to share some details about handling your subscription in regards to the apprentice your husband got the service from.
This will depend on how you're husband is registered to HMRC. If he's registered as Self-Employed, consider your apprentice as a vendor when paying. However, if you need to submit payroll taxes for your apprentice, you have to change your subscription to QuickBooks Online.
If you plan to change your subscription, I'd recommend getting a back-up file to move it to QuickBooks Online. For more information, please check out this article: Switch from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you have other questions with migrating to QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to help you further. Take care always.
If you have decided to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
