Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.

You can record the credit limit in the Notes field or Custom fields as a workaround, since QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn’t currently offer the option to set up a credit limit, Pauline.
Here’s how:
- Hover over My Apps and select Customers Hub.
- Click on Customers and choose the customer for whom you want to set a credit limit.
- Hit Edit.
- Scroll down to the Notes and attachments section to add the credit limit.
- Click Save.
For Custom fields:
- Select Customers.
- Choose Customers and select the customer for whom you want to set a credit limit.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Custom fields section.
- Enter the name, then select Text and Number from the dropdown menu.
- Check the box for Credit Note.
- Click Save.
