New quickbooks has lost my payroll

Let’s work together to figure out why you’re being prompted to subscribe to payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

This issue can be caused if you’re not logged into the correct company file. I recommend double-checking this first, as sometimes it’s as simple as switching accounts or files.

 

If you’ve confirmed that you’re in the correct company file and you’re still seeing the message asking you to subscribe, the most likely reason is that your Advanced Payroll UK subscription has expired or was possibly cancelled.

 

To get this resolved, I’d suggest reaching out to our live support team. They will be able to review your subscription and provide more clarity on the situation, as well as guide you through the necessary steps to fix this.

 

Here's how you can contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.                                                                   
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.                                                                                                                             
  3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.                                                                           
  4. Select Contact a human, then click Live Chat or Call me back.                                                                       
  5. Type in a short description of your concern and click Continue.                                                                           
  6. Choose between Callback or Chat.
