Thanks for getting back to us, accounts264,
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can create sub-accounts to break down your expenses, income, and more into greater detail.
However, you can only connect the account where your sends the downloaded transactions. If those statements download to the main account, connect it.
If they download to each sub-accounts (43298736 and 40100919), connect them, not the parent account. You’ll get a message that the account is already connected If you try to connect those three Barclays.
Check out the About bank or credit card subaccount setup link for more details about connecting multiple accounts.
On the other hand, QBO downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. For most banks, transactions are usually available for QuickBooks to download the day after they post to your bank's website. Some may take a little longer depending on your bank.
You'll want to manually download them to update all bank accounts on the Banking page. Here's how:
If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the onscreen instructions. Not all banks require this, but some do for added peace of mind.
Feel free to keep working during the update. You’ll get a notification when the update finishes. The number of transactions in the blue account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
Let me know how this goes by commenting below. I'm always right here to help.
