As I want to make sure you'll be back on track, let me help you fix this mileage issue with your IPhone.

Clearing the app's data can fix mileage behavior like this. There are two ways to perform this. You can do it on the app or on your phone settings. I'll show you the instructions of both ways below.

For QuickBooks Online app:

  1. Select the menu at the top right.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

From your phone's settings,

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on General and choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  4. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

For a more details and additional troubleshooting options, you can refer to this article for entire details about the Mobile App's troubleshooting.

Also, you can try to log in using our QuickBooks Online Test Drive. This is to check whether this has something to do with your company data or QuickBooks account.

If the issue persists, I’d suggest contacting our Customer Care Support They can help take a closer look and investigate this further so you can track mileage seamlessly.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

I want to make sure everything will be working fine. Let me know how it goes or if you have other questions. I'm always around to help.

Sadly that has not helped, I have refreshed the QB's app as recommended and there is plenty of storage available on my iPhone - on hte 'All' Menu there is no option for miles or mileage - just Transactions - Sales - Expenses - Products and Services - Reports - then attachments, Help and Feedback and Settings - no mileage.......

Thanks for getting back to us and for going through the steps above, @Julia Smith.

Since the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team. This way, they can check your account securely and investigate why there's no mileage feature in your QuickBooks Online mobile App.

To reach them, you can refer to the steps above provided by my colleague Charies_M above.

In the meantime, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall your QBO mobile app. Or you can use a regular web browser to access the mileage feature in your QBO.

Furthermore, you might want to check our Help articles page for future reference. From there, you can read great articles that can guide you in your future tasks.

Should you have other concerns or questions, you can always get back to me. I'm always around to help. Take care and stay safe!
