P60 is not opening in Chrome either from the Payroll home page or the individual employee download tab.

P60 is not opening in Chrome either from the Payroll home page or the individual employee download tab.


Hi martynproctor

 

Which payroll system are you using, standard or advanced? It may be a browser relate issue, we recommend that you clear your cache and cookies or use a incognito window. Also shck that your browser has PDF dowloads activate, settings > advanced > site settings > pdf documents

Hi John C,

Thank you for the quick reply, I believe it is standard payroll.

I went to my browser settings in Chrome and changed the setting for pdf to download instead of open and that did the trick.
