My accountant is asking for a report which shows monthly each employee pay and deductions

The best report to run would be the Payroll Details report. You can find this under Reports (use the search bar at the top).
The report is based on your payroll setup - if this is set up as weekly, it will give you a week by week breakdown. This would have to be something you'd work out manually if you need monthly figures.
