Hello there, peggyglaub.


I recognize how important it is for your company to upload receipts on time. Let's get you connected with the appropriate support to help you bring the transactions into your company.


In such cases, we'll need to access your account to determine the source of the problem. The process requires us to gain access to your account, which I am unable to do in the Community for security reasons.


That said, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) Support Team. They have access to a screen-sharing tool that can further investigate your issue.


Here's how: 


  1. Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar to open the QB Assistant window. 
  2. Enter a brief description of the issue in the Type something field. 
  3. Tap the I still need a human menu to view the support options. 
  4. From there, choose Message an agent to start a conversation or Get a callback to speak with an agent.


Once you've entered all of your receipts into QBSE, make sure to assign them to the appropriate account.
