I normally log in via Google but for the last few days it says "oops something's wrong" when I enter my details and password. If I reset my password do you think that might help or do you think there's something wrong with my settings. I can access via Micro Edge but apparently that's not ideal as some QB features don't work
Could you please try clearing cache and cookies on your Chrome browser? Please find attached an article on how to do this if you are not sure: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Make sure to select All Time as the time range. Once you have cleared this, refresh QuickBooks and try to log back in.
