All,
I have an issue with how invoices are being printed/displayed when i have clicked send invoice by email.
When i print the invoice from quickbooks it comes out as it should however when i click send via email and it automatically creates the .pdf the drawing comes out with boxes all shown around the text. How can i stop it doing that?
Hello Ben_d_w,
Thank you for your message.
Is this an invoice created on Microsoft Word and then uploaded through the "Import Styles" feature, or is this one created using the invoice custom form style wizard within QuickBooks Online?
No the invoice was created using the quickbooks invoice template then adjusted to suit our needs.
Hello Ben_d_w

Emma,
i have gone through all the steps and if anything it has made it worse. Now all invoices are printing off with boxes around the text.
I have looked through the documentation online and worked out how to switch the boxes off in the printer settings but we still have the problems with PDF's.
can you tell me how it creates the pdf when i click the email button to send an invoice? it seems to me that whatever driver/printer it's using to create the pdf is the issue. I've gone through every printer in the printer settings and made sure the do not print text boxes button is ticked on.
