Products and Services issue - save and new does not work

Is anyone else having problems with setting up new PRODUCTS.  

When creating a new product, the save and close button / save and new button does not respond and we have to manually close the screen using the X option.  It also says that product already exists even though it didn't prior to this set up ie it saves but the screen hangs.

When then inputting the product into a supplier bill, the fields do not populate and we have to close the bill.  When you try to reopen it, we get “error loading transaction”.  This has been happening intermittently since Friday 31st March.  We have used 3 different PCs, 3 different browsers, cleared the cookies, cache and history

BTW, we phone support but got nowhere.

 Hello Mcooney, thanks for posting on the Community page,  we currently have an investigation on p &S INV-86023QBO UK - Product and service item is not saving initially and does not pull data entered onto a transaction, which we have added you onto any updates you will receive an email to let you know.

We have the same issue!

Also when product is not in system yet and you add new product using the "+ add new" in the product selection droplist when creating an invoice, after adding and saving the product it won't fill the product details on the invoice and you have to save and close the invoice and then reopen again.

 

For most of these small issues where QB does freezes I just refresh the browser but it is annoying when it's getting stuck 100x a day.
