Payslip notifications are only sent when Send Notifications are selected. This allows you to control when your employees are notified.
The email address used in the Payslip settings (under Payroll Settings) is the email used for outgoing payslip emails. It uses SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), a protocol for sending e-mail messages between servers.
Setting up a BCC to your payroll email address is currently unavailable to your Payroll.
To check how the payslips look like when you send them to employees. You can change one of your employee's email address and send the payslip to your email.
Here's how:
- Go to Employees on the left pane and then select Employees at the top of the screen.
- Select the employee you're making changes for the email details.
- Click Start to open up the section.
- Hit Save.
