Hi There,
I've set up and run my first pay run on Quickbooks Online Advanced Payroll.
Set all of my employees so that they should receive their payslip by email and the system processed them. Green ticks, happy days. I delayed the emails so that they would go at 06:00 a.m. today, payday.
I have searched and searched, but can's find anywhere where I can see the emails have been sent successfully or what their content was.
Can you tell me where I can see these payslip emails? Or alternatively, can I set up a BCC to my Payroll email address or automatically receive a copy. I need to know that the emails have gone, and what their default content is.

Payslip notifications are only sent when Send Notifications are selected. This allows you to control when your employees are notified.
The email address used in the Payslip settings (under Payroll Settings) is the email used for outgoing payslip emails. It uses SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), a protocol for sending e-mail messages between servers.
Setting up a BCC to your payroll email address is currently unavailable to your Payroll.
To check how the payslips look like when you send them to employees. You can change one of your employee's email address and send the payslip to your email.
