QB Premier accountant edition 2020 registration error

Hi All

We have using QB for over 16 years , recently we had to re-install our one QB pc as it crashed , after installing it asked to register , after filling in all the details it gives registration error, it then asks me to skip registering online and register by phone , to register by phone I require a validation code

how to I get this , your assistance will be highly appreciated

Do you have QB Desktop UK version or US version? I saw your post in the US community.

Thank you for the reply, I have the UK version for some reason when the page refreshes it changes region

I dont have a Camps login, I have never used one , is there a way to claim one or to retrieve the account?

I have all my QB licenses

CAMPS is not applicable for UK version. Unfortunately they have discontinued UK version and Support won't help to reactivate your license. You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2020 Premier Accountant as a workaround. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.
