I signed for up SE a short while ago but didn't realised that it didn't include the ebay intergration app.
I've never had to do a self assesment before as this is my first year but I'm quite unsure what needs to be recorded in QB.
I can see no easy way for QBSE to import all the Ebay data, so all I've done at the moment is record the payments from Ebay, which of course is after all fees, postage etc.
So from a self assessment point of view, what are HNRC interested in, do they need to see the full details of each ebay transaction or are they only interested in what Ebay actuall pay me after fees etc?

I understand the idea of importing a csv file, my problem is I cannot find a report that I can generate on Ebay that contains all the information needed.
We value your proactiveness in integrating your eBay transactions into QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE), Gary. I'm here to provide details about how to acquire the necessary eBay reports.
It is advisable to contact the eBay customer support team to obtain reports with detailed information about your transactions. They can provide available statements or reports to integrate into your QBSE account.
That said, you can also generate reports such as Profit and Loss in QBSE to get a summary of your business. For more detailed information on this process, please refer to the following article: Export transactions and get reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Additionally, you can exclude transactions that are not necessary for your account, ensuring they won't be included in your tax calculations or reports. To learn how to do this, refer to this guided material: Exclude or delete transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
