QBO cancelling our subscription in error

QBO cancelled my subscription Monday 6th Feb, told to ‘just’ resubscribe and it will work …………oh no it doesn’t  raised this with them and they just try And fob me off, try a different computer, in cognito, send me an screenshot of error code 

Nothing ……. Still not able to resubscribe and QBO seem unable to rectify the fault they caused.

Our year end accounts are due to be submitted, our accountant can’t do anything

Considering your subscription is canceled in error, It'd be best to get in touch with our Customer Suppor team. This allows them to check on the reason why it's canceled and provide you with the best resolution. Here's how to reach support:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?).
  3. Choose either tab to start:
  • Assistant: Get fast, personalized responses. Choose a suggested option, or enter your concern. If you need further help, you can select Talk to a human.
  • Search: Look for the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or choose Contact Us and select a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat 
    • Get a callback
    • Ask the community
