This used to be on my bills, now they are gone. I have the setting marked in my setting to show line item table on expenses and bills.
Can you please let me know how I have hidden this?
I can't even enter bills because I am not going to list the same item multiple times.
We appreciate you for posting again here, Imoore. We experienced a similar issue about the missing QTY and RATE in the Bill form. And I'm willing to share what we did to show it.
When you create a Bill transaction, there are cases in which only the Category details will show up, and you need to click the Item details dropdown to reveal the column of QTY and RATE.
However, if the Item details appear on your end, then the QTY and RATE aren't there. We recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue.
Let's start by opening your QBO account via incognito mode to avoid storing cache data. Accumulated data from your regular browser may cause odd behaviors while navigating QBO. We can use the shortcut keys below as shortcuts:
Then, create a bill. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to remove accumulated data. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
If the troubleshooting steps aren't fixing the issue, we suggest contacting QBO Live Support to review your account and learn why your Bill form isn't showing the QTY and RATE columns.

Unbelievable. This is your response? The QB support staff continues to baffle me on a daily basis.
Item Details is expanded and I don't need to clear my cache. Good grief- that is your answer for everything.... Give feedback or clear cache.
I figured out it out on my own, but I am not going to tell you. You should know. And the reason it is not showing is the most stupid design flaw ever- again.
This software is wearing me out.
