Quickbooks Desktop Payrol

I no longer use payroll and every time I start desktop I get a warning saying tax table is out of date. How can I remove payroll so I can stop this annoyance

Hello David_Alison, 

 

To be able the payroll in your desktop account as off. Can you make sure that the payroll is turned off in the settings? If you go to edit tab and selecting preferences>the option is under there called payroll and employees and make sure the no payroll is selected. If that does work and it still popping up about your payroll then can you ring the desktop helpline on  0808 168 9535 and they will then be able to look at a few things with your license for you and see why it is still popping up.
