The download features are of 32 bit versions of OS 32 Bit, which link provides for 64 Bit versions for OS 64 Bit OS's?

QuickBooks Desktop 2021 (UK) only runs in a 32-bit version of operating system, arodiboyi.

The Downloads & Updates page will only provide a 32-bit installer file QuickBooks Desktop 2021 (UK). However, other installer files compatible with 64-bit system can be found online.

Once you've found and downloaded the 64-bit installer file, you can already install it to your computer. Note that this version has already been discontinued, and I'd recommend checking this article for more information: QuickBooks Desktop discontinuation support.
