QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) is free. You only need to pay if you buy QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscriptions for your clients. With this method (Wholesale Billing, you control the purchase and set up for your clients, and we bill you directly.
If your clients buy their own QBO subscription, they can save up to 50% for their first year. With this method (Direct Billing), we bill them directly for their monthly subscription. The Wholesale discount cost is dependent on the current list price of the plan, and is subject to change.
To enroll them your clients, follow these steps:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
- Enter your client’s information in the Add client screen.
- Select the team members you want to have access to the account.
- Select the discount option you prefer: ProAdvisor discount (we bill your firm) or Direct discount (we bill your client).
- Select the product(s) you recommend for your client, and Save.
