I want to know the cost implications for the accountants and clients. I have contacted Quickbooks support several times but unfortunately, there was no help.

QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) is free. You only need to pay if you buy QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscriptions for your clients. With this method (Wholesale Billing, you control the purchase and set up for your clients, and we bill you directly.
If your clients buy their own QBO subscription, they can save up to 50% for their first year. With this method (Direct Billing), we bill them directly for their monthly subscription. The Wholesale discount cost is dependent on the current list price of the plan, and is subject to change.

You can have a QB Online Accountant account for free to manage your clients. Your clients should only consider purchasing a third party service to convert their data to QB Online.
