We appreciate your initiative to fix the issue, Richard. I'll explain what might be causing the problem and suggest how you can keep managing your account.
The QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app for iOS has been discontinued and will no longer be available for download from the Apple App Store since March 24, 2024. While existing downloaded versions of the app before that date will still function, this discontinuation may impact its performance on your device.
You can access your QBSE account through a web browser on your mobile device or computer as an alternative to the mobile app. This option provides full functionality and ensures ongoing access to your financial tools.
Furthermore, you may want to explore the latest QuickBooks Solopreneur product. This software offers features comparable to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and includes essential functionalities for small business owners.
I hope this helps clarify the situation and helps you access your QuickBooks information. Please let me know if you have further questions or need assistance with the web version. I'm here to help.
