When I log in the page doesn't always load properly - and the green dots keep going round endlessly.
It doesn't happen every time, I was able to use it for a while but now it is no longer working properly. It seems to be just on my account as other co-workers are able to log in with no problems. It's not the computer either as I had the same problem when trying to use the QuickBooks website on my smart phone.
HI Dave, can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try again see if that resolves it for you.
