I have received an invite from my client based in the UK .. whenever I try to accept the invite and fill in my login info its redirects me to make a new firm account

Hello Mashal Panjwani, are you getting any error messages or anything when you try to accept the invitation? You can call the help line on 0808 234 5337 and the line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and the agent on the phone can set up a screenshare with you to see what is going on.
