I recently installed QuickBooks Pro 2013 on a new system and now I require validation code, I have my customer number, License number, just need validation code.
I have tried to phone support but no matter what option I try I get cut off after a short pre-recorded message, everything else is AI which does not give me any option to talk to someone.
We are a samll business and are happy with this older version
Can someone please help or point me in the correct direction so I can validate Quickbooks?

I've managed to use online chat who has passed my request on to Tier 2.
I have supplied my customer number, License number and phone number.
Hopefully they will receive a phone call soon.
