Hello JH72, Could we ask you for a screenshot of the terms(the cog in the top right>all lists>terms> edit on the run report dropdown) If you aren't able to do that can we ask have you set the 90 and 120-day terms under the due in a fixed number of days part? If so can we ask you to try making the term inactive and setting up a new one, do you get the same issue?

Many thanks for your help - we have reset the 90 days but did not seem to want a 120 day set.  However we will live with that for now.
