For iOS devices

 

  1. Select the Settings icon, then go to General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage and select the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app.
  3. Select Offload App to temporarily remove the app and its data, or choose Delete App to permanently delete the app and all its data.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Access your phone's Settings.
  2. Find and select the QBSE app.
  3. Tap on clear data or clear cache to clear temporary files.
     

After that, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to remove corrupted files and update it to the latest version, potentially restoring functionality and improving performance.
