I have 2 credit card payment methods to pay for my QuickBooks subscription. How do I delete one of the credit cards in the QuickBooks's system?

Hi Ailene. I have tried as you suggested. The "Call Us" option does not exist. I had previously had a chat with one of your live support agents, but they told me that it was not possible to delete one of the two credit card details used for paying my QB subscription. I suppose it could also be that he/she did not know how to do it. I have attached a copy of the chat.

You can't remove card payment details that's paying for the subscription, but what do you exactly mean by you have 2 cards connected to pay for the subscription because that is not possible unless you are meaning you have 2 subscriptions and want to cancel one of the accounts? Or you mean you have 2 connected in your transactions screen and want to disconnect one but you have said doesn’t really make sense. Please can you provide us with more information so we can help resolve it for you thanks.
