QuickBooks Online doesn't have a direct integration with financial institutions to create or receive payments using BAC files. For now, I recommend searching for a third-party app that best suits your business needs. Here's how:

On the left panel, click Apps.
Select Find Apps.
On the search box, find and click for an app you can integrate.
Hit Get App now.
