I have paid the subscription but can’t get my account back up with my information

I can help you get back on track and be able to access your account for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

If you can't get into your account due to incorrect login credentials, you can reset your password or user ID within the QBSE login section.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sign In page.
  2. Select I forgot my User ID or Password below the Sign in button.
  3. Follow the rest of the instructions to retrieve your login credentials.
