Hi there, info1097.
Let me share the possible reason why you're unable to reconnect your Paypal account to QuickBooks.
It could be that your bank has multiple names on our lists. With that, I would suggest copying your bank's URL and enter it to QuickBooks to make sure we are linking the right account.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to your bank's website and log in to your account.
- Copy the URL.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- On the Banking page, click on Add account.
- In the search field, paste the bank's URL.
- Under results, click on the bank.
- Enter your username and the updated password.
- Click on Connect.
If copying the URL won't work, we can try reconnecting your account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. You can use the shortcut keys below to access incognito window, depending on the browser you're using:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works fine, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside form that, you can other compatible browser's in QuickBooks Online.
