Im unable to connect my Paypal account after i disconnected it. I disconnected my paypal account to aee if ot fixed the problem i have been having.

It could be that your bank has multiple names on our lists. With that, I would suggest copying your bank's URL and enter it to QuickBooks to make sure we are linking the right account.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to your bank's website and log in to your account.
2. Copy the URL.
3. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
4. On the Banking page, click on Add account.
5. In the search field, paste the bank's URL.
6. Under results, click on the bank.
7. Enter your username and the updated password.
8. Click on Connect.

If copying the URL won't work, we can try reconnecting your account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. You can use the shortcut keys below to access incognito window, depending on the browser you're using:
