Yes, you can send an invite to the other email address and delete the old one. Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
- Click the green Add user button.
- Mark the user type you want to assign to this client.
- Hit Next.
- Fill in the First name, Last name, and Email fields. Make sure to enter the new email address.
- Hit Save to send the invite.
Have your client accept the email invitation and log in using existing Intuit credentials or create a new one.
Once done, delete the previously entered profile. Follow the steps below:
- From the Manage Users window, look for the profile of the client with the incorrect email address.
- Click the Resend invite drop-down and select Delete.
- Hit Delete to save the changes.
