Receipt snap

Hi, receipt images no longer show in I phone app. Message says - image failed to load, yet they show fine when log in to QB on Mac 

 

i have updated to latest version of app. Should I try deleting and reinstalling phone app? Thanks

To download from Google Play Store:

 

  1. Open Google Play and search for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click Install.
  3. After that, log in using the same user ID and password as your QuickBooks Online account.
  4. You may be prompted to enter a one-time code for identity verification before accessing your account.

 

After this process, please check if you can view receipts without getting any error message.

Receipt snap

In the IOS app, all previews and attached / uploaded images broke in the most recent update 25.03.3.

 

They are there, but you can’t currently preview / see them on the iPhone app.

 

I reported to quickbooks support last Friday and they confirmed I wasn’t alone and would investigate and fix.
