Hi,
I need to reset my Quickbooks account from March this year and delete the rest as the historical info that has been inputted on here has been done incorrectly and I can't unravel it!
With this in mind, will I need to set up a new account and start again from my chosen date - or is there another way to do this. My account is more than 90 days old.
Many thanks!

You should signup for a new account and cancel the old one. Their ongoing promo is a free account for the first 3 months.
Before canceling the old account, you can use the tool to migrate some data if needed instead of registering it manually from scratch.

As an additional option, use a backup recovery app as your safety net.

Hello ZNP1, Thanks for posting on the Community page, So your best option would be to cancel the account and take out a new account with us and start afresh or it would be a case of having to manually delete everything out of the account and then the new accountant can enter in an opening balance journals for you and then you can import the customers and suppliers and re-add the bank from the chosen date.
