The sales department predominately deal with sales and not offer support with the product after the sale. We apologise that the sales agent should have at least explained this to you and provided you with the telephone support number.
Again we apologise for the length of time it may have taken you to contact an agent for assistance. This may be due increased call volumes due to the time of year, financial year end approaching, however there is the option for a call back.
