First, check the status of your account directly on the bank institution's website or through any recent communications they've sent you. If your account is active, the next step is to try re-linking it within QBSE using an incognito browser. You can refer to the shortcut keys below:
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Refer to these steps to re-link your bank account:
- Select the profile ⚙ icon and then select Connect bank.
- Enter the name or URL of your bank in the search bar. Then select Continue.
- If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
- Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
- When you’re ready, select Connect.
If the issue is resolved, clear your regular browser's cache to refresh your connection and browsing history. Keep in mind to exclude the cookies. If the issue persists, use a different supported browser, as your current one may have a temporary compatibility issue with QuickBooks.
