To check for any browser-related issues that may be causing this, please first see if the problem continues when using a different web browser or private browsing window to access QuickBooks.
If the tool works correctly there, please consider clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your usual web browser. QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster, but sometimes these can also block web pages from loading or performing as expected.
