Yes my app is up to date. I have spoken top quickbooks and they say it is a known issue which is being looked into
I'm also having the exact same problem and message coming up when attempting to log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app but no use. The same message occurs. Frustrating! Will try contacting on Monday to report
Mine is doing exactly the same. So frustrating! I've had so many issues with quickbooks, I think it's time to find something else
