I understand that you’re experiencing an issue when trying to log in on your device, and I'm here to help, @pipstar9. While we haven't received any reports about this specific error, let me assist you with troubleshooting your mobile app so that you can access your account seamlessly on your phone.

First, let's ensure your app is up to date. An outdated application can lead to performance and compatibility issues.

Follow the steps below:

For Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
  2. Select Manage apps and devices.
  3. Under the Manage tab look for Updates available.
  4. Choose QBSE and press Update.

For iOS

  1. Go to the App Store and select the Today tab.
  2. Tap your profile.
  3. In the Available Updates section, locate QBSE.
  4. Click Update.

Once you’ve completed the update, try logging in again. If you’re still encountering the same issue, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team immediately for further investigation. They’re equipped with the right tools to look into your account and uncover the source of the problem. Rest assured; you're in good hands.

I'm also having the exact same problem and message coming up when attempting to log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app but no use. The same message occurs. Frustrating! Will try contacting on Monday to report
