If your payroll data was moved to Core Payroll from the upgrade, all of your data, forms, or reports from previous years will also be moved and be available in a secure area within Core Payroll.
Since you're unable to see your employee's payroll history, I suggest connecting with our QuickBooks Payroll Team. This way, they can provide your earlier payroll data so you can review them. Here's how to reach out to them:
- Click Help (?).
- In the Search section, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
- Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Additionally, QuickBooks payroll reports provide extensive information about your business and employees. You can customise these reports to highlight the payroll data and details that are most important to you.
