Here's how:
1.Update the app and make sure you're using the latest version of QuickBooks Online.
2. If you're using a browser, try logging out and log in again using a different one.
3. Disable extensions or add-ons because it sometimes conflict with the apps functionality.
4. Check and update system requirements to ensure that your device meets the new specs.
If the issue persists, i recommend to get in touch with QuickBooks Live Support, they can guide you further and log your issue for their tech team to address or escalate the problem to their development team if necessary.
Here's how:
1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon located at the upper-right corner of QuickBooks Online home screen.
2. Select the Assistant tab.
3. Type contact support in the chat box and press Enter.
4. Briefly describe your issue and click Continue.
5. Decide your preferred option: Have us call you or start a chat.
