I have had a number of clients who have been unable to open their invoices. All they get is a dark grey page.

We have a number of similar reported cases. Our engineers are already checking what's causing and resolve the issue when opening invoices.
In the meantime, you can export the transactions as PDF. Then, email them as attachments outside of QuickBooks. Just click the drop-down list beside the invoice and click Export as PDF.
We would also ask you to contact our Chat and Email Support team. Please look for Assistant in the upper-right hand corner of QuickBooks and click on it. They will need to ask for your contact details and add you to the list of affected users. We'll email you as soon as the issue is resolved.
