Anyone moving over from QBD to QBO if you are intending to control your stock with the online version. Forget it.
I've been battling this online version for the last three months running is side-by-side with my desktop accounts. The amount of time I've wasted I'd have been better biting the bullet and moving my data over to one of Xero.
Support is patchy, and don't ever do the online chat support you'll be there all night.
You need to have a 3rd party inventory management app to integrate with QBO or Xero. You can purchase a 3rd party conversion service to Xero if required.
Oh yeah and you get hassled on the forum with this Fiat Lux person constantly spamming the post and Intuit put up with it. Total disgrace.
You are always complaint but still using QB. Trolling mode from competitor?
See, that is just what I mean. I don’t come on here to be hassled by a 3rd party snapping these forums for work., The reason why I complain is because I’m a paying customer being forced over from Desktop and finding out that QBO is a pile of garbage.
So go sit back in your hole and keep you business out of mine. I’m hoping others will see my complaints and realise they too will be wasting their time.
No one is forcing you to stick with QB and you can migrate data to another brand. Why are you still using the garbage you just said? At least we have contributed to helping other members, not just whining.
Your constant replies just prove you are a low life bottom feeder who doesn't have a clue on what stress Intuit are causing to small businesses with their cancelation of Desktop.
As I said, crawl back in your hole and keep your nose out of my business. Idiot.
Trolling troops detected
Idiot. I hope you potential customers see that you are in fact nothing but the scammer and spammer in this thread. Really showing yourself off to be the perfect arsehole. I can't believe Intuit put up with your constant spamming. They even have to explain that you don't even work from them when you reply to peoples questions.
Hello Mark Armistead,
Appreciate you for reaching out about this, and I wouldn't like you to have this kind of experience.
I'd like to know more about what's going on so that I can assist you. You can post here about any problems you've had with stock control. I'll make sure to gather the information you'll be
sharing and forward it to the right teams. Also, I'll take note of your support experience and share it with our support leaders.
Visit anytime if you have other concerns.
The issue is QBO is not anywhere near a suitable replacement for QBD. These forums are littered with constant repeat requests for missing features from other customers. In 18 years of using QBD I’d spoken with support twice, the in the three months I’ve been trying to use QBO I’ve lost count of the times spoken to support either on here, live message or telephone. My accountant wasted hours also trying to resolve issues, I’ve wasted countless hours trying to resolve issues.
Anyone wishing to move from desktop will be sorely dissatisfied. Just search for my previous post to get a small flavour. Intuit aren’t interested in fixing anything. The feedback system is also a waste of time and is flawed as a ‘customer engagement system’
