Subscription

I have re-newed my subscription through apple App Store & paid £3:99 but cannot log onto my quick book account through the mobile app

A new account might have been created when you paid a subscription through the App Store.

 

Please check the email confirmation if it has the same User ID. Otherwise you will need to cancel the subscription created in the App Store. Then, renew the subscription from the mobile app or in the web version.
