I have just had the most dreadful support from QB. In the past I found it to be excellent but today was connected for 2 hours with so much wasted time in between comments it was awful. Turns out the support deal three calls at the same time - hopeless. No concentration or continuity running like this - urgent improvement needed.

I know how you want to get in touch with our support team as quickly as possible, Treasured.

 

We always give the best service to our customers. However, there are times that our phone support team may spend more time with the hope that they will be able to solve each customer's concerns. I'll definitely take note of the improvement that you suggested. Rest assured that we'll take this seriously.

I wanted to post the transcription to show how awful this was - would you be interested to see it ?  Why does QB think they can give good support when your consultants deal with three people at the same time. I type a line then wait 5mins or more for a response - for an hour on one question ! Borrowed time as I'll not accept that very often !
