Hi
I have changed my invoices to airy classic from airy new but when I update an estimate to an invoice it create it in the old template style - is there something I need to do to update it to the new style the same as my invoices are? thank you
Hello Debbie,
Welcome to the Community page,
So what you need to do it set the new template as default then when you click on create invoice off the estimate it will use the correct template for you.
So to make the new template a default on this is what you need to do.
Go to main cog wheel>custom form styles>under action on the new template you have created click the drop down arrow>then click on make default
Then if you go to an estimate and click on create invoice it should do it in the right template for you.
Hi Ashley
Thank you for your prompt response - I don't have the option to make default - just preview PDF as it is the standard master template. Any suggestions? thank you again
Hello Debbie, could you post a screenshot for what you see on the custom form styles page, so we can see the estimate you have set up?Thanks
Thanks Debbie, okay so we have had a look and can you try going to new style in the top right and select estimate and create new template for that d on the estimate template select the same template style you want, then save and then go to the estimate and check on print preview it shows correctly.
Hi Emma
I have created an Estimate template - will this fix the issue that when I update an estimate to an order it then creates the order in the old template style which was airy new not airy classic?
thank you
Hi Debbie,
This should allow you keep the same template style as the default selections, please get back to us below if this is still not applying the desired template automatically. :)
