I'll point you in the right direction for support with your query. 

 

We have an ongoing investigation for this specific issue you stated. With that said, I suggest you contact our Technical Support team for assistance. They can add you to the list of our affected users, and you'll receive a notification email whenever there's an update available.

There is a problem re-authorising bank feed to Lloyds bank? Error code 590

I am also having the same issue. I am also unable to request a call back as I pay for the self employed subscriptions. I am not really sure how to proceed, please can I have some help with this? At the moment I am paying for a service that is unusable. I am getting error when I try to relink 309 and when I try to re-add my account I get error 509.
