Trying to submit VAT return and have noticed over the last couple of weeks at least that the page takes ages to load - and you don't even know if it is going to load.
Trying to contact Quickbooks support about this is a joke.
Hello CarolynCD, thanks for commenting on this page, are you doing this on the app or the browser and if it is the browser which browser are you using?
I am using Chrome on a MacBook. I gave up trying to use Safari with Quickbooks a long time ago.

Your computer saves browser cache that helps load websites faster on your next visit. Over time these temporary internet files gets outdated which can cause issues just like the one you experienced.
We can perform troubleshooting steps and check if there's an underlying browser issues. You can start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account on a private window. Since you're using Google Chrome, press and hold CTRL + SHIFT + N to open it.
Once you've successfully access QuickBooks without any issues using a private window. You can go back to your regular browsing window and follow the steps on this link to clear your browser's cache.
If the issue persists, you may also consider using other supported browser for QuickBooks Online.
