transactions not updating

You can manually update your transactions by clicking the Refresh all button, John.

 

To begin, may you please provide the name of your bank account and any error messages you have received while checking your transactions. This information will help us identify any relevant reports regarding your issue.

 

In the meantime, you can manually update your bank's connection to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to start downloading transactions again. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select the profile ⚙ icon and then click Manage Accounts under Transactions column.
  3. Once you're there, click Refresh all to update.

 

 

 

If issue still persists, you have to contact your bank directly. Also, you can check for messages, alerts, or display issues that could block QuickBooks from downloading transactions.

 

Alternatively, you can also manually import past transactions in QBSE and make sure to categorize them to ensure your books are accurate.
