Unable to connect to bank

Can’t connect again to bank account 

error 103 on either phone or desktop 

when I check the support for that it says page unavailable 

 

help please

A 103 error relates to the incorrect credentials being used. Are you using the same credentials to connect the bank as you use to access your online account?
