To resolve this issue, refresh your browser, then disconnect and reconnect your bank account
Here's how:
- On your Bank Transactions page, select the account tile for Monzo Bank.
- Click the Pencil icon and choose Edit account details.
- Check the box labeled Disconnect this account on save.
- Choose Yes when prompted.

- Reconnect your bank account to complete the reauthentication process.
