You closed the case without resolution ? or go email movemybooks ... Thats not a resolution. MoveMy books only replies on 08/08/2023 to say "As we do not migrate Products/Inventory Items you would need to liaise with Intuit Support as they may be able to advise if they can help you import via an csv file directly into your QBO account"

Hi steve343, the case was closed by the agent after contact details for MMB were provided. Stock items are a limitation of the migration - it isn't possible to transfer these from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online (click here to see the full limitations of service). If you have a spreadsheet containing the stock items, you can import these into QBO. Here's how:
1. Select Settings ⚙ > Import Data > Products and Services.
2. Select Browse to upload the file from your computer. Choose the file, and then select Open.
Or, to upload from Google Sheets, select Connect to sign into your Google account. Choose the file, and then Select.
3. Select Next.
4. Map your information. Your Field represents the headers on your spreadsheet. From each drop-down ▼ menu, select the one that matches a field in QuickBooks Online.
5. Select Next.
6. If you see some cells highlighted in red, this means the cell is invalid. Check the cell in your spreadsheet and try importing again.
7. Select Overwrite all values for each product or service with the same name. Make sure everything looks correct because this can't be undone.
8. Select Import.

Step 2 Select Browse to upload the file from your computer. Choose the file, and then select Open.... where do I find the file to upload ? I have a backup but no quickbooks desktop software because you moved everything to online version.
Hello steve343, the backup is stored on your computer, we have no way of knowing where yyou put it, you choose to put it somewhere however a default location for the computer file is usually:
C: drive
users
public
public documents
intuit
quickbooks
company files
