I understand how important it is to access your receipts, especially when you need them urgently. One of the reasons why you're unable to load receipts it's because of compatibility issues between the application and your device's operating system or slow or intermittent internet connection, harlow3.
To resolve this, make sure you're connected to the internet. At the same time, we can refresh your data to ensure that your app functions smoothly and retrieves the latest updates. But before we proceed, are you using an Android or an iPhone device? The troubleshooting steps vary depending on your device type. You can refer to the steps outlined below for more details:
For iOS Devices:
- Open your device Settings and then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App to free up storage space without deleting the app's documents and data.
For Android Devices:
- Go to Menu, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Confirm by tapping YES to proceed.
If the issue continues, you can also uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online app. This often resolves persistent bugs or errors. However, if the problem persists, I recommend contacting our phone support team using a web browser so they can double-check why this is happening and make sure your feedback is addressed appropriately.

- Go to the Search tab and enter Contact us.
- Select Contact us from the options at the bottom of the screen.
